Playing skills come from practice.
Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We don’t hold entrance exams, because a single test cannot tell who will benefit most from music studies.
How to get started.

Discounts and free places
A sibling discount of 30 € is given when more than one child from the same household is in basic or advanced studies. The discount is applied automatically to one invoice. Families who are exempt from Espoo daycare fees can apply for a tuition-free place by 31 August by bringing the City of Espoo’s decision to our office.
Invoices and continuing your studies.
How are invoices sent?
By email from billing@eepos.fi to the guardian registered as the primary guardian. The autumn fee is due on 31 August and the spring fee on 31 January.
Can we get more time to pay, or pay in two parts?
Please contact tuula.iivonen@avonia.fi.
Do we need to apply again for the spring?
No. Studies continue automatically from the autumn term to the spring term. If you do not wish to continue in the spring, please let us know at info@avonia.fi.
What if studies end in the middle of a term?
The full term fee is still payable.
How do we continue to the next school year?
In April, we ask current students whether they will continue. This is done in Eepos, where you can confirm you’re continuing, apply for a gap year, or let us know if you are stopping. We’ll send instructions when it opens.
Can a sibling take over the place?
No. A student place is personal and cannot be transferred.
We can’t log in to Eepos.
You can reset your password on the Eepos login page. If that doesn’t work, contact our office and we’ll help.
Our office is happy to help.
You can contact us in English. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 16:15.
